Contact us: how to reach NX Kiddo World
Have a question about a product, a size or an order? Send us a message using the form above and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please include your name, phone number and order number (if you have one) so we can help you faster.
Help with orders
We can help you place an order, check the status of an order, or answer questions about payment. All online payments go through a secure payment gateway.
Looking for something specific? Browse boys t-shirts, girls t-shirts, boys sweatshirts and hoodies, kids school bags or kids water bottles.
Help with sizes
Every clothing product has a Size Guide. Enter your child’s height and it recommends the right age size. Children grow at different speeds (see the WHO child growth standards), so height is the best guide.
Still unsure? Contact us with your child’s height and age and we will suggest a size.
Delivery across India
We pack every order with care in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and deliver to homes across India, including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata. Orders above ₹1,999 ship free.
Our store is based in Ahmedabad, so customers in Gujarat often receive their parcels quickly, and we ship to every major city in India.
What to include in your message
A few details help us answer in one reply. Mention the product name or link, the age and height of the child, and the city or PIN code where you want the parcel delivered.
If your question is about an order you have already placed, add the order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout. For size questions, tell us whether your child prefers a snug or a relaxed fit.
Gifts and bulk orders
Planning return gifts for a birthday party, a school event or a family function? Send us the number of pieces, the age group and your budget, and we will suggest designs that suit the occasion.
We are happy to help schools, play groups and families who want matching t-shirts, bags or sipper bottles for a group of children. Share your requirements through the form and our team will reply with options and availability.
You can also browse the full range on our shop page before you write to us, so you can mention the exact designs you like.
